What is Nightezy?

Nightezy is an AI-powered sleep coaching app featuring Dremo, your personal sleep assistant. Dremo helps you understand your sleep patterns and provides personalized guidance to improve your rest, using data you choose to share from Apple Health.

How does Dremo work?

Dremo uses advanced AI technology to analyze your sleep data and habits. Through conversational coaching, Dremo provides personalized tips, tracks your progress, and adapts recommendations based on your unique needs. Your data may be processed by AI services like Claude and Grok to deliver intelligent coaching.

What data does Nightezy collect?

Nightezy only collects data you choose to share. This includes information from Apple Health (such as sleep data and health metrics), your interactions with Dremo, and basic account information. You control your Apple Health permissions and can modify them at any time in your device settings.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Infomaniak in Switzerland and is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD). For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

How much does Nightezy cost?

Nightezy offers a subscription model with a free trial period. You can view current pricing and manage your subscription through the App Store. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nightezy → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

What is the minimum age to use Nightezy?

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nightezy.

Is Nightezy a medical device?

No. Nightezy is a wellness application and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

When will Nightezy be available?
